Hoopla temporarily unavailable, from 10pm on Monday 3 February

Library members may not be able to access Hoopla Digital after 10pm on Monday 3 February while we undertake essential maintenance to update the authentication (login) process. We expect this work to be complete by 5pm on Tuesday 4 February.

Once this work is complete users with existing Hoopla accounts will need to add their Library account PIN/Passcode to their Hoopla account before they will be able to borrow new digital content (ebooks, film and TV, music, etc.) – instructions for all platforms are available.

Library members who have been actively using Hoopla in the last 12 months will receive an email from us with more details about accessing Hoopla after the updates are complete.
