Library closure: Labour Day public holiday - 5 October 2026
All Sutherland Shire Libraries will be closed for the Labour Day public holiday on Monday, 5 October 2026. Approved members can still access Kirrawee Library+ from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
We’ll be back and ready to welcome you during our regular hours starting Tuesday 6 October across our libraries.
Library members can log in to their accounts online to renew loans, place holds, and access our digital collections while the library is closed.
24-hour return chutes are available at Sutherland, Caringbah, Miranda, Engadine and Menai Libraries if you need to return your library materials while we are closed.
