We invite those living with dementia and their care partners to Connection Café for the opportunity to socialise in an inclusive, informal setting.
Monthly
Meeting in-person on the first Monday of each month, Connection Café helps to connect people living with dementia and memory concerns.
Whether you're swapping stories over a cuppa or playing a game of cards, Connection Café gives those living with dementia and their care partners the opportunity to socialise and share experiences in a safe space.
This event is in collaboration with Anglicare.
