What better way to celebrate the Library Open Day and libraries than to host a book club? Talk books with fellow readers while enjoying light refreshments.
Have you always wanted to join a book group but are not sure where to start or not so keen on reading a set text?
This Open Day, we’re opening the floor to readers who want to discuss their favourite books or current reads with other bibliophiles in a relaxed environment. We will provide refreshments and the questions so you can sit back, relax and talk books.
Please be aware of the following:
- Bookings are essential (each person needs a ticket)
- Light refreshments will be provided
This event is delivered as a part of the Open Doors, Open Books, Open Minds initiative, which is a coordinated statewide Library Open Day, delivered by NSW Public Libraries Association and the State Library of NSW.
The aim is to showcase our spaces, collections, programs and community impact through local activities and storytelling.
