Booking library spaces
Bookings for our meeting rooms, studios and event spaces are managed in Sutherland Shire Council's online booking portal. Customers who wish to book a space must register for an account before they can make a booking. There are several different types of accounts available for private use, commercial organisations, community groups, etc.
Once registered, users can see availability, book a room/space and pay for their bookings online.
- Each of our spaces may have different conditions and requirements attached, which are explained in the portal.
- All bookings are tentative until confirmed by our staff.
- Users should allow 3 business days for their bookings to be assessed.
The hourly rates for our bookable spaces are reviewed annually and published in the Sutherland Shire Council Schedule of Fees and Charges. A discounted rate is available to students, non-profit organisations and community groups.
