Event details
Join us as we welcome author Gary Lonesborough for an in-conversation with Helena Fox, as he presents his new novel Good Young Men.
Good Young Men is a brilliant contemporary YA coming-of-age novel about three small-town Aboriginal friends finding their way towards adulthood, from the multi-award-winning author of The Boy from the Mish, We Didn't Think It Through and I'm Not Really Here.
Set in a coastal town, it is the story of four Aboriginal boys who grew up together then drift apart in high school, but everything changes for them the night Brandon is killed by a white cop. This story has racial tension, grief, explosive emotions, told from the point of view of the three remaining friends.
