International Emergency Flight Nurse, Koko Casey presents her emotional memoir Stay, a story of unflinching resilience and growth in the aftermath of an aviation disaster that saw her care mission flight crash into the ocean.

What followed was a decade of psychological torment, physical pain, operations and a fight for survival back home. This is her story about the depths of despair, living in a dark post-traumatic limbo and how she climbed out the vortex of doom to become the survivor she is today.
